The Accra Centre of Influence and Art is an ultra-modern state-of-the-art multi-purposed 7-storey building designed for the SDA church, Accra Union Conference. This edifice is going to be situated opposite the Ghana Police Service Headquarters in Accra. The facility will have a basement car park that can accommodate about 500 vehicles as well as about 100 vehicular parking around the facility. The rest of the facility will house a gymnasium, swimming pool, shopping center, a specialised health center, lecture halls, an auditorium, restaurant, offices, banking halls, and a helipad on top of the roof.
